2. Accepted Use
Brute One is strictly intended for ethical hacking and bug bounty hunting. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have explicit written authorization to test any system you target. Unauthorized scanning of systems you do not own or have permission to test is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibility
All scanning activity performed through Brute One is solely and entirely your responsibility. Brute Logic and Brute One are not liable for any damages, legal consequences, third-party claims, data breaches, service disruptions, or any other consequences arising from your use of this service. You assume full legal and ethical responsibility for every action taken using this platform.
4. AI Disclaimer
Brute One uses artificial intelligence to assist with security analysis. AI outputs are inherently unpredictable and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. All results, suggestions, and analyses must be independently verified before acting on them. Brute Logic accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
5. Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund:
- Scanning systems without explicit written authorization
- Any activity intended to harm, overload, or disrupt Brute One's infrastructure
- Abuse of platform resources including excessive automated requests
- Use for any illegal activity under any applicable jurisdiction
- Sharing access credentials with third parties
6. Termination
Brute Logic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Payment & Refunds
All payments are one-time and non-refundable. Access to the service begins immediately upon successful payment. Plan duration is fixed and non-transferable. Brute Logic is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party processors.
8. No Warranty
Brute Logic makes no guarantees regarding uptime, tool availability, AI accuracy, scan results, or any other aspect of service performance. The platform may be modified, updated, or interrupted at any time without prior notice.
9. Owner Rights
Brute Logic reserves full discretion to modify, expand, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any aspect of the service at any time. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved under Brazilian jurisdiction.
